Pale straw with green tones. Grilled citrus, yeast, white fleshed stone fruit, peach peel, sparkles of flint, flowery notes, and burnt match complexity. The palate possesses depth, weight, and texture. It crashes across like a wave, leaving a sense of generosity and concentration but without losing shape, thanks to the taught preserved-lemon acidity, which keeps it on track and leaves a tart, very long grapefruit finish.
