Isle Of Jura 16 Years

Fragrant, slightly floral cereal, some minerality at first, becoming increasingly creamy with a hint of orange. Mixed nuts, redcurrant, green apple and finally dark chocolate and spice. Oily and resinous with sweet tobacco, mixed nuts, clove, milk chocolate and violet. Rich and round.Drying, fragrant oak. After a few sips some chocolate lingers too.
