Wafts of peat smoke, breaking waves, and briny rock pools fill the nose, which then opens up to a honeycomb sweetness. On the taste, one experiences charred oak, bonfires, cured meats, and malted barley. A lengthy aftertaste of ash, salted caramel, and subtle spice is present.
