MIO is a festive, sparkling sake, bright with aromas of peach, ripe persimmon, freesia, and fresh bread. Its gentle effervescence creates a refreshing piquancy in the mouth, and sets off the flavors of pear and peach, with accents of yellow rose and baking spice.

A fairly sour and slightly sweet flavour derived from rice and rice koji. Refreshing bubbles are enjoyable, and alcoholic alcohol is easily consumed at 5 degrees. This well-known Mio sake label is now available in a DRY series. Refreshing, fruity, and one-of-a-kind sweet scent. Made with rice, water, and Koji in the traditional brewing manner.
