It’s an intriguing dram, bottled from a vatting of two parcels of stock, each fermented with a different yeast strain. Each batch has also been aged in different barrels, with one batch using Ex-Bodega casks and the other using refill European oak butts. In total, just 5352 bottles were made. Glen Elgin’s characteristically rich floral and peppery flavors will be prominent.
