The Chofflet estate is situated in the town of Givry's Russilly hamlet. It is the balcony of the Côte Chalonnaise, a true amphitheater facing the morning sun, from which you can easily see Mont Blanc.

The Domaine, which had been passed down for the previous two generations from son-in-law to son-in-law, saw Jonathan Brunot succeed Denis Valdenaire in 2019. This time, the domain reverted to its previous name, Domaine Chofflet.
