Based near the village of Castiglione Falletto, the winery is owned, not by a single person or corporation, but by a community of locals some 300 members strong. Together they work, craft and put their mark on the wine that is the undisputed King of Italy. By all means, put this one away in your cellar for a decade and you’ll be highly rewarded. But this is a wine that would be instantly enjoyable with dinner tomorrow night.

Intense garnet with orange reflections in appearance. On the nose, elegant, with notes of violets, small red fruits and leather. Structured and harmonious, with persistent and soft tannins on the palate. Grape varietal: Nebbiolo
