Very often hidden by thick fog, the Aultmore distillery has been making since 1897 whiskies of rare quality, recognized by whisky professionals.

Aultmore 21 years old is a high-end Single Cask aged in a single barrel numbered 107 Hogshead type, reconstituted from staves of Bourbon and Sherry barrels.

Without caramel colouring and non chill-filtered, to retain its whisky in its purest form, Aultmore 21 years is exceptionally smooth, rich and fruity. It is a herbaceous malt, light and delicate with notes of almond, honey, vanilla, fresh apple and green grass.

This edition has received numerous awards, including the silver medal at the International Spirits Challenge in 2018 in the United Kingdom and the Gold Medal of the Scotch Whisky Masters offered by Drinks Business Magazine UK in 2017.
