These are beautifully brightened by pithy herbal undertones that reflect the year's distinctive growing season, whilst simultaneously leaning into deliciously toasted bread, honey-nut and a subtle umami savour derived from extended lees ageing.

This release showcases a deeper, fruit-saturated and slightly grippy interpretation of Dom Pérignon's characteristically svelte style—considerably less reductive than is customary and far more immediately approachable than the preceding 2013 release. Perfectly positioned for relatively youthful enjoyment, this vintage nonetheless demonstrates Dom Pérignon's proven track record for graceful maturation, with a rewarding decade of cellaring potential ahead.
