Description

It has a rich and vivid garnet colour. Complex smells of red fruits, spices, and tobacco. Fogliati Barolo TreTurne is a sophisticated wine with soft, enveloping tannins. Ideal for game, red meat, meat cooked in the same wine, and aged cheese.

The 80-year-old vines, exposed at midday and organically farmed, provide grapes of extraordinary quality. This allows the producer to make wine without using adjuvants, resulting in the greatest quality. Contact with skins varies according on the vintage, and occurs after passage through huge woodlands and at least 6 months in the bottle.
