The aftertaste is marked with lemon zest. An elegant discovery! This wine pairs well with avocado toast, shrimp, scallop carpaccio, crab cake and other seafood dishes.

François Crochet is the son, grandson, and great-grandson of winegrowers. We no longer count generations since there are so many. It was natural for François to develop an interest in winemaking. He has lived on the 11-hectare family estate with his parents for the past 20 years. The road is undoubtedly traditional, but the wines are as impressive. François, a Pinot Noir enthusiast, studied at Beaune to learn from Burgundians.

An informed decision, given that the estate's reds attract attention. The intention not to interrupt the wines aligns with the operation's human size. A variety of whites allow them to best extract the intricacies of their magnificent terroir, which is primarily formed of limestone and flint. White wines have been fermented using natural yeasts since 2019 (as was the case with red wines). The ambition to succeed may be found in all wines, even the entry-level varieties.
