Kinobi Kyoto Dry Gin 700ml

KI NO BI (“The Beauty of the Seasons”) is a traditional spirit that is produced, blended, and bottled in Kyoto. This gin is prepared in the traditional dry style, but with a particular Japanese twist.

KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is made using Japanese botanicals like as yellow yuzu from Kyoto Prefecture, akamatsu wood chips (Japanese red pine), bamboo, Uji gyokuro tea, and green sansh (Japanese peppercorn) berries. KI NO BI, bottled at 45.7% ABV, is made using a rice spirit base and clean ground water obtained from Fushimi, Japan’s famous sake-brewing zone.

Mastering not only the science of distillation as others have done before, but also the age-old art of blending, separating the botanicals in this gin into 6 Elements: Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice and Fruity & Floral, and distil each category individually. Then blend them in perfect harmony to create the distinctive KI NO BI flavour.
