Description

Carefully hand-harvested, La Tordera Alne Extra Dry Prosecco brings together Glera and Chardonnay grapes. The Charmat method helps retain their aromatic character and freshness through a second fermentation in pressurised tanks, followed by four weeks resting on the lees at a low temperature.

Its bright straw-yellow colour is touched with green hues. The nose offers inviting notes of green apple, pear, wisteria and acacia, while the palate is fruity, with creamy bubbles balanced by lively acidity. Enjoy it as an aperitif or pair it with sushi and marinated raw seafood.
