This carefully crafted expression combines three Jim Beam bourbons, with two finished in secondary casks—sherry and French oak red wine—creating a multi-layered flavour profile. The sherry cask influence delivers spice, raisin, and dried fruit notes, while the red wine cask finish contributes subtle fruity undertones. On the palate, expect warmth and complexity with prominent oak and sherry characteristics, dark red fruit flavours, and leather accents. The finish is medium to long with lingering depth. Water opens up additional dimensions, revealing cornbread and floral nuances that balance the spirit's inherent spice.
