Majella Sparkling Shiraz 2020 750ml

A hint of spice on the complex palate, which is smooth, balanced and luscious with gentle tannins and a generous finish. It pairs nicely with most meal types, but especially with game, spicy dishes, and cured meats. It’s a terrific wine for any occasion.  An excellent example of Australian sparkling “breakfast” wine is Majella Sparkling Shiraz.

A little amount of vintage port is added to Majella Sparkling Shiraz after it undergoes bottle fermentation similar to that of Champagne, creating a well-balanced sweet and savoury sparkling wine that goes well with food, before or after a meal, or anytime! The colour has a ruby hue and is a vivid deep red. The palate is sumptuous, offering delectable sweet berry flavours with undertones of plum, nutmeg, and mild tannins. The fragrance is creamy and has raspberries.
