Many of the whiskies in this small batch release hail from Spanish sherry butts, imparting a delightful sweetness that's beautifully balanced by some \"mischievous\" bourbon cask whisky in the blend. The nose presents a lovely sweetness with notes of icing sugar, sultanas and candied ginger, alongside subtle hints of grain. On the palate, the sweetness gracefully recedes to reveal nutmeg and cereal, with vanilla emerging towards the finish.
