An eruption of astonishing peppery, peaty fire, followed by honeyed sweetness, before the smoke returns to the fore on the finish. Finish with exotic spices and the strange citrus tang of mandarin, both of which lull you into a false sense of serenity before the peat roars back to attack your senses.
