The Grappa is obtained from the pomace of Merlot grapes used for the production of Casalferro. The grape skins and seeds are distilled in batches using the traditional method “a caldaietta”, characterised by the slow heating of the skins and seeds with steam produced by a special boiler.

Alìe, an elegant rosé with a pale pink hue and subtle ruby highlights, is a stylish, beautifully-balanced blend of Syrah and Vermentino, varieties that express their finest qualities when grown near the sea.
Sweet red berry, plum, cassis and toasty, smoky oak aromas introduce a very youthful, generous and intense palate with tight layers of varietal dark cherry and blackcurrant, hints of mint and spice and bright cool climate acidity. A tight tannin structure and quality supporting cedary oak ensure patience will be rewarded in the cellar.
