Return and Exchange Policy
At Century Wines we sell global, high quality brands of alcohol so when you place an order online, you can be confident that you’re getting exactly what you’re expecting. We source from reputable suppliers, and always ensure quality and traceability of provenance.
We are happy to accept returns and replacements of products that are delivered damaged or not as per your order. We don’t expect this to happen but please call our office within 24 hours of delivery in the event that it does. We offer 1-month online store credits for returned items.
Spoiled or oxidized wine can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice number and:
- All returned wines should not be less than half a bottle.
- It is subject to an evaluation by our staff.
- We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
We are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the items we’ve delivered.
