Altocedro is a terroir-driven winery in La Consulta, a unique location in the Uco Valley known for producing high-quality grapes from ancient vines. Since 1998, we have been producing wine that speaks clearly of its provenance, focusing on balance, elegance, and age ability. Karim Mussi was the first pilgrim to La Consulta, positioning the region through its “born and raised” wines, which were envisioned to be the “paragon” of the Uco Valley.
