Description

Fresh lemons, yellow apples, and white peaches slowly drift out the glass, accompanied by aromas of baking bread, almonds, and spice cake. On the medium-bodied palate, the tightly coiled citrus flavours and delicious fruits are wonderfully supported by crisp acidity and a clean slate. This wine has an extremely long finish. Outstanding balance. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are two grape varieties.

Every year, the greatest lots from the best parcels are picked to blend into the first wines for both red and white wines. This meticulous selection is guided by Loc Kressmann and winemaker, Valérie Vialard, with assistance from one of Bordeaux's most respected consultants, Professor Denis Dubourdieu.
