Athenaeum Sauvignon Blanc 2022 750ml

Pale yellow-green in colour. A full, upfront, and aromatic fragrance of ripe fruit smells of lemons/limes, grapefruit, and peaches with overtones of floral notes and lemongrass, as well as rocky and mineral undertones. Light bodied with a high concentration of well-balanced and smooth, crisp, ripe fruit flavours of lemons/limes, peaches, and white grapefruit, as well as lemongrass, rocky notes, and minerals. A long-lasting dry finish. Drinks nicely now, but should improve with a further year of age.
