Malt and Wheat remain appealing with their refined woody and spicy scents while being well balanced and made up of young whiskeys. A round and gentle whisky that can be enjoyed after lunch, dinner, or as an aperitif.

The distillery, which began in 2008, currently malts their own barley in addition to using previously malted barley. They use local barley and generate about five tonnes per year, which accounts for about 5% of their needs. This allows the distillery to experiment with different varieties of barley and learn about the flavor characteristics that result from how it is produced and harvested. This Japanese distillery is particularly focused on fermentation, and it can take up to 90 hours to develop the correct bacteria to generate the type of wash they want. They have two small stills, each with a capacity of 2000 litres.
