Mars Maltage Cosmo 700ml

“Cosmo” is the name of a peak that is part of the mountains that around the distillery. “Cosmo” is a combination of single malts matured in Scotland and those distilled and aged in Shinshu, produced by Mars Maltage. As you may know, the distillery resumed distilling in 2011, and since old Scottish whiskies are also costly and scarce, the chief blender chose to concentrate on particular taste characteristics and personally choose each single malt. The lack of age on the label indicates that the single malts used are relatively young.

A delicious combination of ripe fruits, honey, and caramel, with a tinge of wood and smoky flavour.
