The palate is fresh and open with bright acidity, crunchy granny smith apple flavours, lime, grapefruit, and softer lemon curd notes. Delicate florals are lifted by the powdery natural acidity, providing an elegant structure. As always, an approachable, beautifully balanced Riesling which should appeal to those new to the variety and please its loyal followers alike.
