Premium Langhorne Creek Shiraz grapes were selected and blended to produce this richly flavoured Sparkling wine. Sweet berry fruit flavours and liquering have combined to produce a wine of great colour and depth of flavour. Deep red colour with the last vestiges of purple tint. Ripe plummy bouquet, clean and fresh, and not shrill or simplistic on the nose. On the palate, a tinge of spice, earth and faint chocolate.

With a velvety liqueur finish on the plate, this sparkling wine is one of the riper and richer varieties. Tons of dark chocolate and licorice mixed with plenty of dark plum and spice.
