The wine is brilliant, deep red in color with a beautiful scarlet hue. It has powerful scents of cassis, dark chocolate, and black olive, with traces of fresh thyme and faint vanillin wood. This medium-bodied wine, with strong covering tannins and good length, has a rich palate with plum, cherry, and chocolate flavours, as well as hints of mocha and vanilla from oaked maturity.
