A raised nose of spiced red plums, raspberries, and star anise blends with red liquorice and cinnamon stick. The medium-bodied palate features cranberry candy, sour cherries, and dried florals, all supported by a beautiful acidity. The structure is smooth, but defined by chocolate-like tannins. This fruit-forward Zinfandel is sure to impress as a young wine, but will improve with careful cellaring over time.
