The colour is a pale straw. Citrus peel, green apple, nashi pear, white peach, and nectarine are prominent on the scent, with undertones of jasmine, grapefruit pith, and limestone.

Lemon curd, grapefruit, and green pawpaw dominate the palate, which is creamy and smooth yet concentrated. This wine has a superb balance and a pure freshness. The finish is fine, delicate, savoury, and lengthy, with a soft chalky texture that is interesting.
