Cachaca 51 700ml

Cachaca 51 is a cane neutral spirit from Brazil that is distilled directly from fermented sugar cane juice. Clear color, delicate, vibrant, off-dry medium body, earthy aromas of cane, vanilla, roasted peppers with a supple. The palate is on the thin side, interesting notes of zesty, overripe papaya and coconut and a hints of light brown sugar.
