Made from the precious nectar of the finest selection of Dominican sugar cane, originating from the distillery’s own cane fields, Barceló Imperial is the result of the dizzying dream of aging the reserves of our most precious rums. Naturally aged for up to a decade under the best climatic conditions, Barceló Imperial is the exquisite harmony for the senses between color, aroma and flavor.

Intense coppery amber color. Bright coppery amber color. Aromas of buttercream, dried cherries, intense vanilla, pineapple jam and caramelized walnuts followed by a smooth entry to a dry but fruity. Medium and exuberant body with great depth and balance. It ends with an ice cream flavor of carrot cake, kola nut, mocha and a robust roasted flavor that gradually fades away.
