The 2019 Kirwan boasts a deep garnet-purple color and appealing aromas of rose petals, Morello cherries, boysenberries, and warm cassis, with traces of pencil shavings, wild sage, and lavender. The palate is finely constructed and medium-bodied, with vivid red berry and floral-laced aromas that elevate the black fruits and end on a lingering ferrous note. Beautifully crafted!

Kirwan is captivated by the appearance. The Kirwan vineyard covers the Margaux appellation like an ocean of vines on the heights of the Cantenac plateau. Its alignments are visible as far as the eye can see.
