Classic in its blend (four grape varietals, with Cabernet Sauvignon leading the way, followed by Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot), this wine has a classic Bordeaux hue but is exceptional in depth. The fragrance stands out for its intensity, elegance, and complexity; it gains power from vanilla, toasted, and cocoa notes, allowing a wonderful range of ripe fruits (black fruits, cherry, and strawberry) to flower. The palate is just as appealing, finely balanced, and lengthy, with its substantial attack and robust body, structured by well-extracted and previously coated tannins. In a few years, everything promises a memorable bottle.

The iconic Château d’Alesme is located in the esteemed appellation of Margaux. The château, which was built towards the end of the 16th century, has been awarded the renowned designation of Third Grand Cru Classé de Margaux. Despite much criticism, its acquisition by the Perrodo family in 2006 restored it to the ranks of Médoc grands crus. The vineyard takeover is amazing. The remodeling work is in full swing, with new vats and vaults. The entire operating site has been updated, renovated, and improved with the entrance of a new team and the excellent assistance of the renowned Michel Rolland. The estate has regained its former splendor as a result of this discipline and continual labour.
