Description
This wine has a lovely, subdued floral fragrance, with notes of dandelion balancing those of Golden Delicious and lemon thyme. Excellent definition. The palate is sharply defined, taut and fresh, edgy and quite saline toward the measured finish, and it has a quick line of acidity. Give it one or two years in the bottle.
It goes wonderfully with fish and poultry, plain or in sauce, goat cheese or fresh cheese.
Domaine Milcent is a family-run company that is situated in the center of the Chablis area. They maintain quality control throughout the production process, from the plantation to marketing.
Delphine, Christophe, and Alexandre Milcent are the three people in charge of Domaine Milcent, which only makes Chablis wine.
