A brilliant golden green in colour. Maturing noisette incense from barrels and pears as fresh fruit incense. Fruity, mineral, with nice acidity, and a well-rounded, balanced flavour. Goes well with fish dishes, chicken and cream sauces.

By forbidding the use of chemical herbicides and cultivating the land naturally, François Bituzet continues the organic farming practice started by his father, Vincent. He encourages Lutt Raisonné farming, which uses fewer chemicals.
