This wine exhibits genuine fragrant attributes and has a lovely golden yellow colour. The wine has a citrus undertone, with mineral aromas emerging on the nose. This wine is strong and stays on the palate for a long time. It is soft, meaty, and full of freshness. It has a complicated structure and a mineral dimension because of the limestone.

Excellently complements lemon-roasted chicken or steamed sea and river fish served with a butter-based sauce. Sea scallops and sole fillets in a creamy sauce, cooked the Normandy way. As an aperitif, it can also be savoured on its own.

Located at the summit of the Roche de Vergisson’s southeast-facing slope. The parcel is one hectare in size and is located in “Sur La Roche,” according to the official land registration.
