Since its inception over 120 years ago, the Lancelot Pienne Champagne House has produced vintages that faithfully embody the richness and finesse of the Champagne region. With extensive expertise in many houses, Jean-Baptiste Lancelot, a devoted winegrower, decided after the conclusion of WWII to manufacture his own wines. A few years later, one of his sons married Brigitte Pienne, and the Lancelot Pienne family was established. Lancelot Pienne is a family-run, independent house that is recognized for the precision and richness of its champagnes, which are regarded as “vins d’auteur”.
