François Crochet is the son, grandson, and great-grandson of winegrowers. We no longer count generations since there are so many. It was natural for François to develop an interest in winemaking. He has lived on the 11-hectare family estate with his parents for the past 20 years. The road is undoubtedly traditional, but the wines are as impressive. François, a Pinot Noir enthusiast, studied at Beaune to learn from Burgundians.
