The M vintage is ideal for every occasion and location. Enjoy at 8-10°C with olives, tapas, dips, crackers, wasabi peas, and veggie chips for a relaxing terrace or poolside experience. It pairs well with summer salads such as tomato and mozzarella or salade niçoise. Seafood includes shellfish and prawns.

This wine is pure Provence since it uses grapes from all terroirs within the Designation, including the seashore, hinterland, and Sainte-Victoire. Monique Farnet, the mother of Jean-Etienne and François Matton, created the bottle design for Pure Provence in the 1960s, which was revised in 2014. The Matton-Farnet family has consistently set the standard for Provence wine, as evidenced by the region’s adoption of their innovative bottle shape.
