Umberto Cesari Liano Sangiovese Cabernet Sauvignon Rubicone 2021 750ml

A powerful wine with notes of sour black cherry and faint spices and vanilla nuances is produced when the personality of Sangiovese and the allure of Cabernet Sauvignon combine.

Grown in vines that are 15 years old on average, this blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon yields 75 quintals per hectare, making it a wine with exceptional depth and character. It is fermented in specialized temperature-controlled tanks, after which it spends a long time macerating on the skins. It then ages for an additional six months in bottles and eighteen months in 550-liter Allier oak barrels.
