Clean clear pale ruby core with a distinct watery rim and medium plus viscosity. Very perfumed nose of deep floral tones rose and strawberry. Some undertone of liquorice too. On the palate the wine is dry tannic and has good acidity. Great length and finish, very balanced. However the fruit is struggling to be heard against the more robust tannic acidity and structure.
