La Tordera Alne Extra Dry Prosecco 2023 750ml

Harvested by hand and with great care during harvesting, Alnè is the result of the union of Glera and Chardonnay grapes. The Charmat method preserves all of the aromas and gustatory freshness during the second fermentation, which is traditionally completed in an autoclave with a 4-week stop on the lees at a low temperature.

It has greenish undertones and a stunning straw yellow tint. odors of green apple, pear, wisteria, and acacia are among the aromatic fruity and floral odors that are detected in the nose. With a creamy effervescence to balance the intense acidity, this glass has a fruity palate.

Fantastic with sushi and raw seafood that has been marinated, it makes a fantastic aperitif toast.
