The nose contains a kaleidoscope of citrus, flowery, and mineral scents. On the palate, a deep, powerful, and full red with wild fruit marmalade, sweet spices, and ethereal notes, complemented by mineral accents to complete the puzzle. Deep and lengthy, with a silky texture and a delightful, sweet fruity aftertaste.

The label connects Kairos to the Harlequin project by depicting the wine as a colourful patchwork made up of 15 different grapes, each with distinct qualities. In ancient Greek, Kairos means “the right moment, convenient, the time has come”. The sundial and clock represent accurate time.

Pairs well with a variety of meats, including beef, lamb, and game, especially when cooked in spicy sauces. Pairs well with old and full-flavoured cheeses, as well as powerful and aromatic cheeses for first courses.
