Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero is absolutely one-of-a-kind. Aside from its stunning decanter, its majestic flavour is derived from a very rare variety of agave: papalote agave. This plant grows wild in the mountain ranges of Guerrero, where the flavour profile reflects both the coastal climate and the freshness of verdant forests.

On the nose, there’s grapefruit peel, fresh wood, rosemary, peanut oil, notes of butter, and daisy blossoms. On the palate, there’s fresh wood, seaweed, lemon juice, pepper, and subtle tobacco aromas.

Perfect with semi-fatty fish and shellfish cooked in butter and lemon, or with prepared inceviches. Tapas with avocado and sour sauces, as well as white chocolate with tamarind jam or salted peanuts.
