Fruit cake with cinnamon and roasted almonds. The delicious zestiness of oranges and mandarins blends well with manuka honey, muscovado sugar, baked apricots, and an intriguing white pepper flavour that adds complexity. Finishes with dark chocolate, walnuts, and a dark fruit compote.

The whisky was aged in ex-Sherry and Bourbon casks before being bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtering or colouring added. As there are only 3,000 bottles available worldwide each year, this is a limited edition.
