Glen Grant The Major’s Reserve 700ml

A no-age-statement entry-level Glen Grant, light and easy-drinking whisky. This is a very accessible, approachable malt ideal for beginners or as an aperitif.

Named for James Grant, a.k.a. “The Major”. At the age of 25, he acquired the Glen Grant distillery, which he developed himself. He was responsible for designing the tall, thin stills with their distinctive purifiers, which produced smooth, fruity whiskies.

Medium- to pale-golden amber. Aromas of honeyed red apple, barley water, toasted coconut, vanilla fudge, and tobacco leaf with a hint of black pepper. Flavour profile: overripe banana, toasted nut, cracked black pepper, and vanilla.
