The Blend of the Old Man Ruby red wine is always so approachable when it’s called red. Fresh cherry and raspberries greet you on the aroma, and juicy red fruit is present on the taste.

This vintage is amazing. Each of the three cultivars reached the ideal level of maturity. The varietals were separated during the winemaking process and matured in stave-equipped stainless steel tanks and 300L French Oak barrels filled to the third level. over intense tasting sessions with our Old Man, Peter Pentz, the various components are mixed over a period of ten months.
