A vibrant eucalyptus edge accompanies the ripe red fruit and herbal notes on the nose. On the palate, sour cherry and dark chocolate are complemented by well-balanced acidity and tannins.

Carefully chosen grapes were spread out across the sorting table. For two days, the grapes were macerated cold in open tanks made of stainless steel. Three or four times a day, the cap was punched down and the juice was pumped over. When fermentation was complete, the juice was kept on the skins for 14 days. 300L French oak barrels with 35% fresh wood, 50% second fill, and 15% third fill were used for the malolactic fermentation and ageing process.
