This whisky is part of the Cask Expressions Collection and is made from carefully selected and blended sherry casks. Each year’s batch is unique, made from the best American and Spanish oak hogsheads and butts, some seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry and others with sweet Pedro Ximénez. All have been sherry-aged for their entire maturation, resulting in a richer and more flavorful whisky. Full of dried fruits, chocolate, with a hint of spice.
