This excellent white wine has scents and flavours of yellow peach, pear, quince, Meyer lemon, mango, and fruit cocktail. The cool, stainless steel tank fermentation gives this wine brilliant acidity and crisp freshness, while barrel aging adds mild oak character for body, complexity, and depth.
